All services from designmiracles are delivered digitally. There is no physical product, shipment, or courier involved. Deliverables are provided as Figma source files and written documentation, shared via secure file link or Figma project access.
Rush Delivery (available as an add-on) reduces timelines by approximately 50 percent. It requires brief approval on day one and feedback returned within 24 hours at each stage.
Every project delivers a complete Figma file with all pages, all components, and all screen sizes included in the agreed scope. Developer handoff annotations are included as Figma comments. Additional export formats (PNG, SVG, PDF) are available with the Visual Style Guide add-on.
If we miss a deadline due to circumstances on our side, we communicate proactively and provide a revised timeline. Delays caused by client-side feedback delays extend the timeline by the same number of business days without additional charge.
